Marcus's passion for motorsport began as a teenager, but it wasn't until later in life that he was able to dedicate himself to the sport. He started out in state-based hillclimbs before making the move to circuit racing—driven by a long-standing dream of one day competing at Bathurst. As the founder of Project E36 Racing, Marcus leads the team both on and off the track, combining strategic oversight with his role as the primary endurance driver.

With 15+ years in event management, Shirley expertly handles logistics, crew coordination, and communication during race weekends. Her organizational skills and hands-on leadership keep the team focused and performing at its peak, especially in high-pressure situations.
