MRA Series Round 5
July 5, 2026
Sydney Motorsport Park (Gardner Circuit), NSW, AU
Super TT (Sprint) - Over 2 Litre Treaded (O2T)
P11/ 27
MRA Series Round 5 result
Class Position:P5 /
Best Lap:1:48.928
Qualifying:P19 (overall)

Highlights

  • 1Race 3 best result: P11 outright on the lead lap, 5th in class, with the quickest lap of the weekend (1:48.928).
  • 2Race 2: P15 outright, 5th in class, lap time trending down to 1:48.970.
  • 3Race 1: P16 outright, 5th in class, best lap of 1:49.209 despite a safety car and busy midfield.
  • 4Faster in every session from a 1:49.405 qualifying baseline, and three clean finishes from three starts.

A steady, faultless day at a cold Eastern Creek across one qualifying session and three 20-minute races. Faster in every session and three finishes from three starts, converting P19 on the grid into P11 on the road by Race 3. On an afternoon where safety cars appeared in all three races and several quick cars failed to see the flag, reliability and consistency did the heavy lifting.

Sydney 300
June 13, 2026
Sydney Motorsport Park, NSW, AU
Endurance (77 laps, 300km) - Class D
P11/ 58
Sydney 300 result
Class Position:P1 / 15
Best Lap:1:50.16
Qualifying:P33 (overall)

Highlights

  • 1Class D Win: First in Class D from fifteen entries, our biggest result to date.
  • 2Rummler's Charge: Marcus climbed from P41 to as high as P9 outright in a single stint.
  • 3Perfect Pit Strategy: A clean 5:03 stop under safety car cost the least track position before David took over.
  • 4Krusza Brings It Home: David ran a faultless second stint, protecting the class lead through six safety car periods to the flag.

Our biggest result yet, a Class D victory in the Viola Private Wealth Sydney 300. A start mix-up shuffled the #17 back to P41, but Marcus Rummler carved through the 58-car field to P9 outright in his opening stint. A perfectly-timed safety car stop and driver change handed over to David Krusza, who delivered a flawless second stint to bring the BMW home 11th outright and first in Class D out of fifteen cars, completing 76 of the 77 race laps just one lap off the outright leaders.
